Job Description

Concept Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Cleaner to work at a professional commercial premises in Derby.

This is a part-time cleaning position working three mornings per week, ideal for someone looking for additional hours or flexible part-time employment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises and must be comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

General cleaning of offices and communal areas.

Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.

Dusting and wiping down desks, furniture and surfaces.

Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washrooms.

Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.

Cleaning kitchen and staff welfare areas.

Replenishing washroom supplies when required.

Ensuring all areas are left clean, tidy and presentable.

Following site health and safety procedures.

Securing the premises and operating alarm systems where required.
