Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency with a diverse portfolio, working with a varied client base, from independent landlords to corporate clients,

As a

Property Manager, you will oversee residential property management activities, helping to ensure properties are managed effectively and tenants and landlords receive a professional service.

This role offers salary range of £30,000 -£35,000 and benefits.

What We're Looking For:

- Approx 3 years' residential experience would be preferred

- Must have access to your own car.

- An ARLA qualification is not essential.

Thecandidatesfromthefollowingbackgroundwillbeconsidered:

- Property Manager, Residential Property Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Lettings Manager, portfolio manager, Block Manager, Tenancy Manager or in a similar role.
