IPAF Required

Experienced Bricklayer Required – Trafford Park
Bamford Contract Services are currently recruiting an experienced Bricklayer for an immediate start on an industrial project in Trafford Park, Manchester.
The successful candidate will be carrying out
patching and sealing brickwork on high-level columns within an industrial unit. Due to the nature of the work, a
valid, in-date IPAF ticket is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable bricklayer looking for short-term work at a competitive rate of £24 per hour.
Bricklayer Duties and Responsibilities
• Patching and repairing existing brickwork around structural columns.
• Sealing brickwork and joints to achieve a neat, professional finish.
• Carrying out remedial brickwork repairs at height within an industrial unit.
• Working safely at height using appropriate access equipment.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Complying with all site health and safety requirements.
Bricklayer Essential Requirements
• Previous experience working as a Bricklayer.
• Valid, in-date IPAF licence or qualification – essential.
• Experience carrying out brickwork repairs, patching and pointing.
• Comfortable working at height.
• Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Available for an immediate start.
