Fire Door Joiner
Location: Greater Manchester & Merseyside
Rate: £230 per day (Greater Manchester) / £250 per day (Merseyside)
Start Date: Week commencing 26th October
Duration: Initially 3 days per week
Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing Work
Bamford Contract Services is recruiting an experienced
Fire Door Joiner on behalf of a leading fire door installation contractor, working across social housing properties in Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
The Fire Door Joiner Role
• Installing fire door leaves and complete door sets across various sites.
• Working approximately 3 days per week initially, with flexibility to fit around existing commitments.
• Opportunity for ongoing work, including a major project in November installing 41 door sets at a residential care home.
Fire Door Joiner Requirements
• Proven joinery experience, ideally including fire door installations.
• Own tools and a suitable vehicle large enough to transport tools and remove general site waste.
• Reliable, punctual and available for regular work.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as all doors are pre-finished and
mistakes cannot be accommodated.
The client can arrange delivery of door sets and collection of larger waste materials.
Ideally, candidates will be available to meet the client next Wednesday.
