Your new role

As a Welfare Cleaner, you will play a key role in ensuring site welfare areas remain clean, safe, and presentable for all site personnel.Your duties will include:

• Cleaning site offices, canteens, drying rooms, toilets, and welfare facilities
• Replenishing consumables such as toilet rolls, soap, and hand towels
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Keeping walkways and communal areas clean and tidy
• Carrying out regular cleaning checks and reporting any issues
• Ensuring welfare facilities comply with site health and safety standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Experience working on a construction site is advantageous
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• CSCS card beneficial but not always essential depending on the site
