Staines| £19.50 per hour | Immediate Start | Temporary Contract until March

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a

HR Administrator to join a busy HR team in Staines on an immediate-start temporary contract, expected to run until

March, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone with solid

generalist HR experience who is confident handling a high volume of employee queries and providing first-line HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a high volume of general HR enquiries
• Providing first-line support and advice to employees and managers
• Assisting with grievance and disciplinary cases
• Conducting initial triage and fact-finding before escalation
• Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
• Supporting the wider HR team with day-to-day administration

About You:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role is essential
• Comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• CIPD qualification is

not required

• Available to start immediately or within a short notice period (ideally under 2 weeks)
