About

Juice Hospitality is recruiting an experienced and passionate Head Chef for a beautiful, independently operated country house hotel in a spectacular rural setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to take ownership of a varied food operation, creating memorable dining experiences using exceptional seasonal produce.

The successful candidate will enjoy a hands-on role, combining creative menu development with strong kitchen leadership and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

-Take full responsibility for the daily running of the kitchen.

-Develop creative, seasonal menus showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

-Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.

-Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen brigade.

-Manage food costs, stock control, purchasing and wastage.

-Build strong relationships with quality local suppliers.

-Maintain excellent food hygiene, allergen and health and safety standards.

-Oversee kitchen rotas and staffing requirements.

-Work closely with management to continually enhance the guest dining experience.
