An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen team at a stunning luxury hotel in South Lanarkshire, just outside Glasgow.

Set within beautiful Scottish countryside yet within easy reach of Glasgow, this is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to combine high-quality cooking with a fantastic location.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section and work alongside an experienced brigade delivering consistently excellent food across the hotel’s dining operation.

You’ll be involved in:

-Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes

-Running your section confidently during service

-Working with seasonal, quality ingredients

-Maintaining excellent presentation and consistency

-Supporting junior members of the brigade

-Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen organisation

The Location

The hotel enjoys a beautiful countryside setting in South Lanarkshire, while remaining conveniently located for Glasgow and the surrounding area.

It’s a great option for chefs based around Glasgow, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Bothwell and the wider Lanarkshire area who want to work in a luxury environment without travelling into Glasgow city centre every day.
