MACHINE OPERATIVE

Winner Recruitment are looking for Machine Operatives for one of our clients based in Aston

in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company

This will be a temporary to possibly permanent role working full time Day shift hours

Monday – Thursday 09.00am – 6.00pm and Friday 8.15am - 5.00pm 

Duties Will Include:

•

Working on a fast paced production line

•

Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements

•

Operating bespoke machinery

•

Loading the machine and Machine minding 

• Assembling Parts and products

•

Quality Checking and inspecting Parts

•

Any other general factory duties

Experience and skills required for this role include:

•

Previous experience of working in a factory or shopfloor

•

Minimum of 2 years Experience in machine operating

•

Be Self-motivated and eager to learn

•

Good communication and organisational skills

•

Excellent attention to detail

•

Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure,

•

Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively

•

Have a strong work ethic

•

A good understanding of English both written and spoken
