About

As an Afternoon shift Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, sorting and scanning of parcels into cages/collars.

This is a great Temp to Perm opportunity after a successful 12 weeks of service, with competitive rates of pay starting at £12.71 per hour.

The operation is open 7 days a week, and we can accommodate any days of work that suit you. You can choose to work part-time or full-time. The choice is yours, just let our friendly team know your availability on registration, and we can take care of the rest to ensure this job fits in with your lifestyle.

 

Work location:

LE17 4XN - Lutterworth

We work closely with a trusted transport partner to support travel to and from work. Transport can be paid directly to the transport company on a daily basis. Pick-up location:

• 147 Great Charles Street Queensway, Birmingham B3 3LP

Pick up times are issued on daily basis. 

 

This role is physically demanding

 

An Afternoon shift Warehouse Operative's rate of pay is as follows:

-        £12.71 per hour increasing to £12.79 after 12 weeks service

-        Shifts usually start between 11:00 and 17:00

Your duties as an Afternoon shift Warehouse Operative will include:

-        Unloading parcels from a trailer

-        Placing parcels onto a conveyor belt

-        Scanning and sorting of parcels with handling/lifting of items of all sizes and weight

-        Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team

-        Ensure scanning with the use of the handheld terminal is completed accurately

-        Accurate completion of any relevant paperwork

-        Keeping work areas clean and tidy
