Are you an experienced Joiner Glazier looking for your next contract opportunity within social housing repairs?We're seeking a skilled tradesperson with strong experience in joinery, glazing, UPVC windows and doors, and responsive maintenance to join a busy repairs team delivering high-quality repairs in occupied properties.
️ Key Duties✅ UPVC window and door repairs✅ Glass replacement, securing and beading✅ Removal and replacement of all types of glazing✅ Repairing and adapting obsolete window and door mechanisms✅ Diagnosing faults and providing effective repair solutions✅ Renewing internal and external doors and frames✅ Gate and fencing repairs✅ Damp and mould treatment and removal
✅ What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 in Joinery, recognised apprenticeship, or equivalent Strong joinery and glazing experience Experience within social housing, housing maintenance, or local authority environments Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues effectively Full UK Driving Licence Excellent customer service skills and experience working in occupied homes
