We are seeking an experienced

Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN to join a stunning care home in Malvern as

Clinical Deputy Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically strong Nurse looking to step into a senior leadership position within a well-established home with a

Good CQC rating.

The Role

Working alongside the Home Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership, support the nursing and care teams, and help maintain the highest standards of care, governance and compliance.

Importantly, this is a fully supernumerary role, allowing you to focus on leadership and clinical oversight rather than being counted in the staffing numbers.

We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse with a

current NMC PIN

• Strong clinical experience

• Previous senior/leadership experience desirable

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care

• A positive and supportive leadership style
