About

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HCA to provide high-quality, compassionate care and support to patients who are housebound or living in care homes, under the supervision of clinicians. This role is predominantly based in Haverhill but will include some travel within the Long Melford, Lavenham and Glemsford areas. Suffolk GP Federation is a not-for-profit organisation owned by 57 GP practices. Our aim is to find innovative solutions to the challenges currently faced by the NHS, while at the same time protecting the interests of general practice and ensuring that patients continue to receive the very best care.
