Quick Medix are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Supervisors and Senior Care Assistants for ongoing residential and nursing care requirements in Bridgwater, Somerset.
We are seeking confident healthcare professionals with senior care experience who are looking for flexible agency opportunities.
Duties -
Supervise and support care teams during shifts.
Deliver high-quality personal care and support.
Assist with medication administration where trained and authorised.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Report concerns and liaise with nursing and management teams.
Ensure care is delivered safely and in accordance with individual care plans.
Requirements -
Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Healthcare Supervisor or equivalent.
Relevant medication administration training and competency where required.
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS clearance.
Up-to-date mandatory training, including practical moving and handling.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Benefits -
Umbrella assignment rates of £18.51–£24.40 per hour, depending on shifts and enhancements.
Flexible day, night and weekend work.
