Quick Medix are currently recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist (Band 7 level) for a temporary specialist rehabilitation assignment in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who is confident working independently and undertaking complex clinical assessments and care planning.
The assignment is expected to involve approximately 28 hours per week for around three months, subject to confirmation of current requirements.
Duties -
Carry out comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and reassessments.
Review individual rehabilitation needs and develop appropriate OT care plans.
Support patients with complex neurological and rehabilitation needs.
Provide clinical recommendations and work collaboratively with care and management teams.
Maintain accurate clinical records and assessment reports.
Work autonomously and manage an allocated caseload.
Requirements -
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Band 7-level experience or equivalent senior clinical experience.
Right to work in the UK.
Previous experience in neurological rehabilitation or complex care.
Ability to work independently and manage clinical responsibilities.
Enhanced DBS clearance and satisfactory professional references.
Strong assessment, care planning and communication skills.
Benefits -
£36.41 per hour umbrella assignment rate.
Approximately 28 hours per week, subject to confirmation.
