Are you a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive looking for a part-time opportunity?

Job title: Telesales Executive

Location: Dover

Salary: £18,000 per annum + commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm

The role:

You will work to develop and grow the company's customer base while identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound telephone sales and cold calling.

Key responsibilities would be to:

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospect customers to promote customs clearance services.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Prepare and issue written quotations for customers.
• Identify and generate leads for the wider sales team.
• Work with the Customs Clearance and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and service levels are maintained.
• Support the growth and development of the company's client base.

Experience and skills required:

• Previous telesales experience is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• An enthusiastic, proactive and positive attitude.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures would be desirable.
• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics would be desirable.
