Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a new opportunity supporting a school's Senior Leadership Team?

TLTP Education is currently working with a well-established secondary school in

Redhill who are looking to appoint an experienced administrator for an immediate start, initially until the end of the autumn term.

The successful candidate will work

2–3 days per week for the remainder of the term.

The role will involve providing administrative support to the Headteacher and wider leadership team, including:

The successful School Administrator will:

• Have previous experience in a school or senior administrative role

• Be confident typing confidential notes and taking minutes at meetings

• Have experience handling sensitive correspondence and confidential information

• Support correspondence relating to complaints, Subject Access Requests (SARs) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests

• Be confident arranging meetings with schools and external contacts

• Have strong written communication and organisational skills

• Be discreet, proactive and able to use their own initiative

School Administrator – The School:

• Well-established secondary school and sixth form in Redhill

School Administrator – Salary & Benefits:

• Hourly rate:

£14.24 – £16, depending on experience

• Immediate start

• 2–3 days per week until Christmas initially
