Do you hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential) and have a passion for supporting young children's learning and development?

The Role

• Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

• Islington, North London

• Mainstream primary school

• CACHE Level 3 qualification essential

• Full-time, long-term agency position

• ASAP start

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

 

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities.

• Supporting children's learning and development across the EYFS curriculum.

• Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities.

• Encouraging communication, social skills and independence.

• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

• Supporting children's individual learning and development needs.

 

About You

• CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential.

• Previous experience in an Early Years or primary setting.

• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.

• A nurturing, patient and proactive approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Passionate about supporting young children's development.
