In the heart of Ripon, our 9 bed, purpose-built supported living flats provide more than a place to live, they offer independence, comfort, and support.

Adults with autism, learning disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health needs are encouraged to build fulfilling lives at their own pace, learning new skills, accessing education, and connecting with the community. Role Overview

As a passionate team leader you will lead our social care operations for a team within one of our homes or groups of supported living services.

Supported by the Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, support and culture, team co-ordination and compliance.

You’ll support adults with lots of different needs such as learning disabilities, autism ABI and mental health, helping them to flourish in a place they call home. You’ll empower the people we support to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives, and our colleagues to deliver excellent care and support.
