Hours: 40 hours a week working 5 days out of 7

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As the face of Boundary Outlet, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience. This is a varied and exciting role that will involve working across different departments, including Fashion, Tills and the Warehouse, supporting the wider team wherever needed. We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming customers to the store and providing excellent customer service.
Assisting with product enquiries and offering recommendations.
Maintaining product displays and ensuring your work area is tidy and well-stocked.
Supporting your team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
Staying informed about promotions, offers, and new arrivals to share with customers.
