We have an exciting opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

The successful candidate will be based in all Sunderland sites and will be expected to work across various locations to meet the needs of the service.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed term contract until 30th June 2028

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
