Looking for your next opportunity? Want to start a career in the NHS?
East Kent Hospitals is holding anAdministration Recruitment Evening on Wednesday 21st October from 5pm, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, organised and people-focused individuals to join our teams.
We have a range ofBand 2 and Band 3 administration rolesavailable across the Trust, including:
• Outpatient Receptionists and Administrators
• Medical Secretaries / Patient Pathway Coordinators
• Emergency Department Receptionists
• Ward Clerks
• Other administration opportunities across our services
These roles are based across our hospitals (Kent & Canterbury, William Harvey & Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother), supporting patients, clinical teams and the smooth running of our Trust.
Please note that we are unable to provide Visa Sponsorship for any of these roles.
Applications for this role should be written by the applicant. If artificial intelligence (AI) programmes are used then the application may be rejected due to this document being an important part of the assessment process. This does not prevent applicants seeking appropriate support with applications should they need to for the purposes of any declared disability.
This is a great opportunity tomeet the people you could be working with, find out more about the roles and, where suitable, be interviewed for available positions on the evening.
You don’t need previous NHS experience. We’re looking for people who are reliable, organised, approachable, able to communicate well and willing to learn. Previous administration or customer service experience is useful, but the most important thing is having the right skills and attitude.
