Class 1 Drivers needed – work with Royal Mail trunking Christmas presents around the country.

Does the sounds of stress-free trunking work appeal to you? We’ve got loads of immediate work available at our client, Royal Mail in Newcastle, where you will enjoy easy runs with no loading, pre-booked shifts and great pay rates.

We offer a wide range of shift options - whether you're looking for occasional days, part-time hours, weekend work, or a full-time schedule, we can tailor shifts to suit your availability.

This is a 7 day operation with shifts available Monday to Sunday with days, afternoons and night start times available. Most drivers average 10-12 hours per shift Bookings are allocated every Thursday for the following week, including start and planned finish time, helping you maintain a healthy work life balance.

Pay Rates:
• Monday to Sunday Days depending on start time £20.82 to £21.83
• Monday to Sunday Nights depending on finish time £21.57 to £23.85
• All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 12 months of recent HGV driving experience required
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
• DBS check completed as part of the registration (no cost to you)
