About
Liaising closely with the Associate Director of EDI and the EDI, develop and support specific pieces of work that identify and reduce health inequalities for example the State of Inequalities plan, Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework and Domain 1 of the Equality Delivery System. The post holder will be expected to produce information and communication including correspondence, reports (Board, Committee, other), presentations, data and other corporate information in a prompt and professional way which meets the highest standards of accuracy, reliability and readability tailored to the audience receiving the information. Build and maintain good relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff across service lines and departments. Identify, share and spread good practice within the Trust and across the partnership through, for example, lunch and learn sessions, case study development, learning events and showcasing excellence. To write and present reports with complex information to relevant groups including the public, patients and carers in an appropriate, clear and concise manner. Communicate community related information at a range of meetings, forums and other appropriate committees.
