- Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to all levels both within and outside the organisation

- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to produce correspondence and customer-facing text to a consistently high standard

- Sound project management, organisational skills and multitasking abilities

- The ability to analyse ideas from both commercial and knowledge-focused perspectives

- Strong teamwork skills, including the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team

- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications

The Salary and Benefits

- Salary of circa £33,000 per annum

- 26 days’ holiday per annum plus bank holidays

- An extra day off for your birthday

- Benefits, including stakeholder pension scheme, life assurance and private health cover

- Continuous training and career development

You will have the perfect platform to develop your skills and expand your professional experience, taking on a varied range of projects that will challenge your abilities, build your confidence and help take your career to the next level.

What’s more, with continuous training and career development, hybrid working and a fantastic range of benefits, you’ll enjoy the support and flexibility to grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
