Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations with a focus on facilities maintenance and environmental management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Develop and implement site policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.

Coordinate and manage contractors and vendors to guarantee quality service delivery.

Monitor and report on site performance metrics, including environmental impact and resource utilization.

Lead and support the site team, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Identify and manage risks associated with site operations and environmental compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience in site management, facilities, or environmental roles, preferably in a similar industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Ability to develop and implement policies that enhance operational and environmental performance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in monitoring and reporting systems related to facilities and environmental management.

Start Time: 09:00

End Time: 17:30

Pay Per Hour: £16.14
