About the Role: Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Middleton, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Production Operative to join their growing team. The company produces a wide range of goods for multiple markets, and this role is central to maintaining high standards across their manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:

Feed raw materials into production machinery
•
Operate machinery and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
•
Perform packing tasks and prepare goods for shipment
•
Conduct quality assurance and testing checks
•
Assemble, pack, and label finished products
✅ Requirements:
•
Previous experience operating production machinery
•
Experience in the plastics industry is desirable but not essential
•
Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern
•
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
