Our client is seeking a permanent Restaurant manager in a busy family friendly hotel on the North Cornwall coast offering a competitive salary plus some excellent benefits.

• Salary £35,000pa plus bonus

Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to…

• Managing all day-to-day Food and Beverage operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Reporting to General manager
• Work closely with kitchen team
• Management of all restaurant staff
• Establish KPI’s, policies and schedules
• Manage staffing levels and Rota’s within budgets
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Food hygiene
• Health and Safety
• Staff training

Candidate Specification:

For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position. We are ideally looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a strong understanding of Bar, Front of House and Kitchen operations and that can hit the ground running.

• Strong previous Food and Beverage management experience
• Will prove an exemplary background of planning and working events
• Experience leading a food and beverage team
• Hold a Personal license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership ability
• Able to work in an incredibly busy environment whilst maintaining high standards

Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings. This is a full-time permanent position, with a competitive starting salary.
