About

I'm currently looking for an experienced

Quantity Surveyor to support a leading national Tier 1 contractor on a major project.

This is an immediate, short-term opportunity to provide specialist commercial support, with a particular focus on developing and undertaking a range of

cost planning options for a large-scale project.

The opportunity:

• 3-month full-time contract.
• Competitive day rate of £350-£450.
• Based in Oakham, with 2-3 days per week on site and the remainder working remotely.
• Supporting a major project for a leading Tier 1 contractor.
• Developing and reviewing multiple cost planning options.

What I'm looking for:

• An experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong cost planning experience.
• Someone comfortable working on large-scale projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Someone who can hit the ground running and provide support within a short timeframe.
