Job Title: Joiners (2nd Fix & Final Fix)
Location: Northumberland
Rate: £24.00 per hour (CIS)
Duration: 3 Weeks
Start Date: Immediate
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and reliable Joiners to join a commercial/residential site in Northumberland for a 3-week contract. The work will primarily focus on high-quality 2nd fix and final fix joinery.
Key Responsibilities
Hanging doors, fitting ironmongery, skirting, and architraves.
Installing final fix fixtures, fittings, and finishing details to a high standard.
Working efficiently to ensure the project meets tight deadlines.
Adhering to all site health and safety standards.
Requirements
Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred).
Relevant NVQ/C&G qualifications in Joinery or Time-Served experience.
Own 110V or cordless power tools and hand tools suitable for 2nd/final fix work.
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, safety boots).
Valid CIS registration (UIR required for payment).
Proof of right to work in the UK.
