About

The Best Connection is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our client based in Bilston.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Salary £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing new business opportunities across the West Midlands region.
• Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
• Building strong relationships with customers across foodservice, wholesale, retail and distribution sectors.
• Conducting face-to-face customer visits and sales meetings.
• Generating and following up sales leads.
• Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Providing outstanding customer service and account management.
• Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate customer records.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B field sales with evidence of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Previous experience within the meat, food or FMCG sector would be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a resilient and driven approach.
• Commercially aware with excellent business development abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory.
