We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who share our commitment to delivering outstanding services.

This role sits within the Housing Service and offers the opportunity to work closely with tenants, residents, partner agencies, and colleagues across the Council. • Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour complaints and neighbourhood issues.
  • Managing tenancy changes, successions, assignations, and other tenancy-related matters.
  • Carrying out estate inspections and helping to maintain safe, clean, and attractive neighbourhoods.
  • Contributing to the delivery of excellent customer service and continuous service improvement.

You will be a visible and approachable member of the team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and be able to build positive relationships with tenants, colleagues, and partner organisations.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people and making a difference in local communities. Previous housing experience would be advantageous; however, it is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills gained in customer service, social care, community work, tenancy support, education, public services, or other relevant sectors.
