earning Support Assistant – Sudbury Hill
A welcoming primary school in Sudbury Hill, Harrow is looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team ASAP.
The school has a strong community ethos, with a focus on inclusion, positive relationships and helping every child reach their potential.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide additional support for pupils who need help accessing the curriculum, including children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You'll work with pupils individually and in small groups, adapting learning activities, supporting communication and helping children develop confidence and independence.
You'll work closely with class teachers and the school's SEN team to deliver targeted interventions and ensure pupils feel supported and included throughout the school day.
The school is looking for a patient, caring and proactive LSA who can build positive relationships with children and respond to their individual learning needs. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or supporting pupils with SEN within a primary school would be highly beneficial.
