Quality Inspection Operative 

Location: Redditch

We are seeking a Quality Inspection Operative to join a well-established aerospace manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection who possess a keen eye for detail and are eager to develop specialist skills within aerospace inspection.

Comprehensive in-house training will be provided, followed by formal training and assessment at a facility in Sheffield.

Role Overview

•

Operate a specialist inspection line involving fluorescent dye application, washing, oven processes, and powder coating.

•

Conduct detailed inspections of components to detect defects and imperfections.

•

Identify components requiring further investigation or rework.

•

Ensure all components meet quality standards before approval.

•

Adhere to detailed work instructions and quality control procedures.

•

Maintain high standards of accuracy, cleanliness, and health and safety compliance.

Candidate Profile

•

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify minor defects.

•

A methodical and conscientious approach to tasks.

•

Ability to follow clear instructions and established procedures accurately.

•

A willingness to learn and master specialist inspection techniques.

•

Dependable and committed to upholding quality standards consistently.

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, visual inspection, or quality assurance is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
