About

Working for local authority and managing the delivery of capital projects within bounds of HRA is critical Experience of managing large teams (30 staff) Excellent, hands on leadership skills Experience of developing/shaping new, complex capital programmes of major works Managing large contracts, preferably with Term Partnering Contract experience Outstanding ability to understand resident need and deliver services accordingly Will need strong presentation and communications skills and be confident with dealing with colleagues at ll levels and presenting to elected officials etc Will need to have extensive experience managing multiple project managers etc
