About

Step Up. Lead the Shift. (Duty Manager)

£12.99 per hour (£13.50 when you work as Manager on Shift) & Perks

Ready to bridge the gap between the floor and management? At Prezzo, we’re looking for a high-energy

Duty Manager to take the next step. This is your chance to bring your personality to leadership, learn the business, and work with an incredible, like-minded team where having fun is part of the job.

Why Join Prezzo Italian?

The Rewards: Earn a higher rate when leading shifts.

Big Perks: Free meals on shift, your birthday off, and 50% off food for you and your crew.

Fast-Track Your Career: Structured training to get you ready for Assistant Manager and beyond.

The Extras: Wellbeing support, GP helpline, and exclusive hospitality rewards.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.

What You’ll Bring:

Hospitality Pro: You’ve got solid experience as a server or supervisor and you’re ready for more.

Natural Leader: You’ve got the confidence to lead a team through a buzzing, busy service.

Great Energy: You’re reliable, positive, and passionate about making people smile.

Growth Mindset: You’re eager to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.
