What You’ll Do
Lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensuring every dish meets our high standards
Create quality pub classics with a modern twist
Support menu development as we grow and refine our offer
Train and mentor junior chefs to build a strong, motivated team
Maintain kitchen standards including hygiene, safety, and organisation
