About

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone with a valid counterbalance licence and hands-on experience in order picking, packing and unloading. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate, efficient movement of goods and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to move pallets and stock
• Carry out order picking using manual or RF scanner methods, ensuring accuracy and speed
• Pack goods to company standards for dispatch, including labelling and documentation
• Unload incoming deliveries and check goods against delivery notes
• Perform basic stock control and cycle counts; report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow all health & safety procedures
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as required to meet daily targets

Essential Skills & Experience

• Valid Counterbalance Licence (required)
• Proven experience in order picking, packing and unloading
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit and able to lift/move items as required
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and able to work to deadlines

Hours & Benefits

• Full-time role; Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
