General Practitioner (GP)

Your responsibilities will include: Undertaking face-to-face, telephone and online consultations Assessing, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions Prescribing and reviewing medication appropriately Making referrals to secondary and community services where required Supporting disease prevention, health promotion and long-term condition management Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records using SystmOne Working collaboratively with our GP Partners, ANPs, Paramedic, Mental Health Practitioner and wider clinical team Participating in clinical meetings, audit and quality-improvement activities Contributing to the learning and development culture of our training practice Contributing to the safe, effective and continued development of practice services Working Pattern We are ideally seeking a GP for 8 sessions per week. However, we understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance, and part-time applications will also be welcomed and considered.
