We have an exciting opportunity for a Group SEO & GEO Specialist to join us as part of the Group Services Team.

This is your opportunity to shape how customers discover Karndean online. You will play a key role in growing our global organic presence, influencing how our brand appears across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms, while helping to define the future of search within our business. Working closely with regional marketing teams, product teams, content creators and our group services team, the successful candidate will develop and implement SEO, GEO, Digital PR and content strategies that increase qualified traffic, support lead generation, and strengthen Karndean's position as a market leader.

The Group SEO & GEO Specialist will deliver Karndean's global on-page SEO, off-page SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategy. The role is responsible for increasing organic visibility, brand authority, AI search presence and qualified website traffic through effective optimisation, SEO content strategy, digital PR, backlink acquisition and authority-building initiatives.

How You Will Contribute

Drive growth in organic traffic, lead generation and brand visibility across Karndean's global digital presence.
Increase search rankings and website performance through effective on-page SEO and content optimisation.
Create engaging, search-optimised content that attracts, informs and converts customers across our regional markets.
Identify opportunities to improve content quality, user experience and search performance through regular audits and analysis.
Use keyword research, market insights and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for growth and inform content strategies.
Strengthen Karndean's online authority through targeted content, backlink acquisition and authority-building initiatives.
Support successful product launches and marketing campaigns by embedding SEO and GEO best practices into digital content and customer journeys.
Increase Karndean's visibility across AI-powered search experiences and emerging discovery platforms through effective GEO strategies.
Enhance brand discoverability across channels including social media, YouTube, Reddit and other authoritative platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations that help regional teams improve digital performance and maximise return on marketing activity.
Establish and promote SEO and GEO best practices, helping to build capability and knowledge across the business.
Monitor industry developments, competitor activity and emerging technologies to ensure Karndean remains at the forefront of search and digital innovation.
Collaborate with PPC, website and marketing teams to deliver a seamless and high-performing digital experience for customers worldwide.

What Will Make You Successful in This Role

• Proven SEO experience, alongside experience delivering successful on-page, off-page and content optimisation strategies across multiple websites, brands or regions.
• Strong understanding of GEO and AI-powered search, with the ability to improve visibility across both traditional and emerging search platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, content development and analytical skills, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive measurable results.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams and regions.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset, understanding how digital performance supports business growth and lead generation.
• Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs.
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments.
