About

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team on a part-time basis, offering a 24 hour per week contract, working x3, 8 hour shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in hands-on maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out minor repairs across various building systems and equipment.
· Perform basic plumbing and painting tasks as required.
· Maintain and service equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
· Adhere to Fire Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance work and inspections.

Experienced Required:
· Proven experience in maintenance, including handy work, repairs, and basic plumbing.
· Knowledge of Fire Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
