Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Advisor to join our Home Ownership team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The Home Ownership Advisor plays a vital part in maintaining and enhancing Raven’s homeownership management services to current and prospective homeowners through ensuring customers receive an exceptional service that meets all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for homeowner inquiries, providing timely, clear, and accurate advice on a wide range of home ownership matters.
Overseeing the day-to-day management of Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications, staircasing and lease extensions, and coordination of all related statutory and regulatory processes.
Prepare and manage service charges, including accurate calculation, invoicing, and administration to statutory deadlines.
Identifying, monitoring, and recovering arrears of rent and service charges, offering tailored advice and flexible payment solutions to support homeowners in financial difficulty.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Strong understanding of lease agreements, including terms, interpretation, and legal/regulatory responsibilities.
Knowledge of homeownership processes such as Right to Buy (RTB), Right to Acquire (RTA), Staircasing, and property possession.
Understanding of service charges and how they are applied, calculated, and communicated to homeowners.
Excellent communication and strong numeracy skills, with a customer-focused approach that supports inclusion and enhances the homeowner experience.
DBS clearance will be required for this role.
