Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: SS17

Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour - OT paid after 37.5: £20.37

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts: Rotating shifts - AM (06:00-14:00) and PM (14:00-22:00)

Working Pattern: Any 5 out of 7 days per week (including 2 weekends per month)

About the Role:

We're looking for experienced and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team at a busy distribution centre in SS17. This is a full-time, rotating shift position suited to someone with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and a flexible approach to working patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods
• Operating MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) including PPT, counterbalance, or reach trucks (if qualified)
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
• Meeting daily targets and supporting team performance

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Experience using MHE/PPT/counterbalance/reach trucks (desirable, not essential) * Able to commit to rotating shifts and working weekends as part of the shift pattern * Own transport is required due to site location and shift times
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
