Recruit4staff are representing a well-established Environmental Services business in their search for a

Complaints Handler to work in

Wrexham

Job Details:

•

Pay: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)

•

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - Business Hours

•

Duration: Permanent

•

Benefits: Free parking, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)

Job Role: As a

Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while managing client enquiries, escalations and contract discussions. You will handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails, resolve issues efficiently, renegotiate contracts where required, maintain accurate system records and ensure customers receive a professional service at all times.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within an office environment

• Proven success in a customer-facing or client-facing role

• Experience handling escalations and complaints

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to update and maintain CRM or internal systems accurately

• The confidence to deal with challenging situations professionally

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Previous experience dealing with customer cancellations or complaints

• Background in customer retention
