Warehouse & Logistics Administrator | £13.86 - £15.74 per hour | Monday-Friday | 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00

Meridian Business Support is recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator on behalf of our client. This is a temporary opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a busy warehouse and logistics operation.

As a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator, you will:

- Process inbound and outbound orders, deliveries and shipments

- Maintain accurate warehouse and stock records

- Complete data entry and update internal systems

- Produce reports for management teams

- Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal departments

- Support invoicing, scheduling and general administrative tasks

- Assist with compliance and health & safety documentation

What We're Looking For

- Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics, transport or supply chain environment

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Good IT skills, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Hours

- 06:00-14:00: £13.86 per hour

- 14:00-22:00: £15.74 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Temporary assignment

Additional Requirements Successful candidates will be required to complete:

- Basic DBS check

- Credit check

- Employment and education referencing
