Caithness & Sutherland Womens Aid (CASWA) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team. The role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people affected by domestic abuse.

Salary: £26,500 FTE (actual salary £21,200 for 28 hours)

Hours: 28 per week

Location: Thurso with frequent travel across Caithness & Sutherland

• Deliver one-to-one and group support that is person-centred and led by the needs of children and young people.
• Collaborate with families, colleagues, and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
• Contribute to awareness-raising initiatives that strengthen understanding of domestic abuse and its impact.
