We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our clients well established and hardworking kitchen team in a very busy, fresh food pub/restaurant in Burnley.

• Proven experience in a fresh food, high-volume kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to support and deputise for the Head Chef
• Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative cooking
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
• A positive attitude and team spirit
