MET Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established waste management and recycling company based in West Bromwich. We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Operatives to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for long-term employment within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Duties Include:

• Sorting and segregating recyclable materials.

• Assisting with waste processing operations.

• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.

• Loading and unloading materials where required.

• Supporting machine operators and site staff with daily tasks.

• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

• Conducting general housekeeping duties across the site.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within manufacturing, production, recycling, waste management or a similar environment is advantageous but not essential.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks.

What's In It For You?

• £12.71 per hour.

• Monday to Friday working pattern 7am to 4pm.
