General Manager: £49k+ Package | Assistant General Manager: £46k+ Package

We are currently seeking an experienced

General Manager and Assistant General Manager to join a leading premium dining operation in Belfast. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven hospitality professionals with a strong background in

high-volume, premium high-street restaurants who are passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This established hospitality business believes in providing a platform for employees to grow and progress in their careers. They are proud to employ brilliant people who are passionate about what they do and committed to maintaining the highest standards.

Please note: Experience within high-volume, premium high-street restaurants is essential. Hotel restaurant management experience alone will not be suitable unless supported by a proven background in a premium high-street restaurant environment.

Working hours: Both positions are contracted to 52 hours per week.

The Roles

General Manager - £49k+ Package

As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the restaurant, leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence. You will be accountable for the guest experience, team development and overall restaurant performance, working closely with the Area General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistently exceed guests' expectations.

Assistant General Manager - £46k+ Package

As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in leading the restaurant team, maintaining exceptional operational standards and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will play a key role in team development, driving performance and creating a positive, high-performing culture within a busy, premium restaurant environment.

The Ideal Candidates

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities and experience:

Proven management experience in high-volume, premium high-street restaurants is essential.

• A strong understanding of fast-paced restaurant operations and the ability to maintain exceptional standards during busy service periods.
• New-opening experience is preferred but not essential.
• Natural leaders with excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate effectively.
• A strong desire to lead, motivate and develop teams towards maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• A passion for driving company culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• The ability to inspire people, encourage teamwork and hold employees accountable.
• A hands-on approach, with a genuine passion for hospitality and consistently high standards.
