Production Operative Nights - Northampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative Nights to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Northampton.

Shift Patterns:

* 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends

* Shift time: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

* Overtime available after 42 hours

* Includes a 20-minute tea break and a 30-minute unpaid break

Pay Rates:

* 14.95 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operative Nights:

* Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks

* Follow supervisor instructions respectfully

* Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed

Role for Production Operative Nights:

* Work on a fresh production line and assist with the production process

* Pack and wrap food products according to specifications

* Perform quality control to ensure high standards and remove defective items

* Follow recipes to mix, cut, weigh, and measure ingredients

* Maintain hygiene standards and handle various types of meat

* Store and stack food in designated containers and storage areas
